Plywood inner liner for sheath DIY

Three-part plywood package for making a inner liner for sheath

Two pieces of 2mm birch plywood - airplane plywood - really strong (for cover and bottom)
3.6 mm plywood in between, into which the model space of the blade is cut with e.g. a jigsaw.
Glue the package together and sand to the final shape.

Strong and slim birch wooden liner. The height of the "package" is only 8mm.

The size of the pieces is 250*125mm, so it is enough for several basic knives or lengthwise also for leuku blades
