Ordering
Ordering takes place via the online store. When ordering, the customer commits to purchase the products included in the order. The customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

The products and their postage are paid when ordering. The following payment methods can be used in the online store:
Bank charges
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks either based on the eBanking interfaces or open banking interfaces offered by the banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP bank, Säästöpankki, S-banken and Ålandsbanken. Your bank statement shows Paytrail Oyj as the payee, we forward your payment to the online retailer. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
Credit card payments
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payment is made using a securely protected payment form, and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
Mobile payment methods
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting the payment in the respective application.
Pivo also accepts Siirto payments, which means that the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Siirto. Apple Pay is a service that works on an Apple device, which allows you to pay for purchases with a payment card connected to the device.
On the bill
If you want the order to be invoiced - you must agree on it before ordering, e.g. by phone.
Orders that have been made for invoicing without a contract - the products will not be sent until payment has been made.
We do not deliver products cash on delivery.
Order processing
We process the order during store opening hours as soon as the payment has been made and the payment is visible to us.
If you do not receive an invoice or order confirmation in your e-mail, you may have entered the wrong e-mail address or your e-mail is full. Let us know your correct email address and we will resend the invoice. You can also place a new order with the correct information and cancel the original order. In any case, even if you do not receive an email confirmation about the products, the order is registered in our system.

Delivery methods
All orders are delivered after the customer has paid for the product to us. If the payment comes at By 3:00 p.m., the shipment will normally reach the post office on the same day. The customer normally has the delivery within 1-3 business days, depending on the delivery method.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to e.g. congestion. In case of urgent deliveries, we also ask you to call to confirm the delivery time.
All products on sale can be found directly in our warehouse. We do not deliver cash on delivery.
Canceling or changing the order
The order can be canceled from the link provided with the order confirmation. If you have already paid for the product and want to cancel the order, please notify us by email. Remember to mention the order number and the account number to which the money will be returned. If you want to change the order, cancel the old order and make a new order with the correct information.
Right of return
The products have a 14-day exchange and return right. The condition for return or product exchange is that the product and its original packaging are defect-free and sellable.
In the case of returns and product exchanges, the customer will not be reimbursed for postage.
In distance selling, the customer has the right to get to know the product at home, just as it could be done in a store. We comply with the Consumer Protection Act and the Consumer Agency's instructions on distance sales.
The money for the returned products will be returned to the account indicated by the customer within 14 days of the receipt of the return.
Error and disclaimer
The seller is not responsible for indirect costs incurred by the customer.
The seller is not responsible for the costs caused by incorrect use of the product.
The seller is not responsible for the product if the product has been processed or otherwise changed.
The seller is not responsible for the shipment ifthe customer has provided an incorrect delivery address.
The seller is not responsible for a delay in delivery if it is caused by a strike, the loss of a shipment or factors beyond the seller's control.
